Return Policy for a Non Defective Product:
Our customers have up to 30 days after receiving their shipment to return an item. A 25% restocking fee will be applied & shipping charges not refunded. We may waive the restocking fee or provide a full refund depending on the reason for return such as a wrong item was shipped or the product was damaged during transit. All claims must be presented within first 3 working days after you received your order. You will need Return Authorization number.

RMA Time Limit:
Please call (800) 357-7101 for assistance. Your RMA number is valid for 7 calendar days after it was issued. The customer will pay for shipping costs back to us, unless otherwise specified by our company. Any product shipped back to us without an RMA number will be refused.

Criteria to Send Back a Package:
The product must be in its original packing and never installed. Upon inspection and approval, our representative will then issue a credit for the agreed amount with no restocking fees!

Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods:
You must report damages and defective materials within three (3) days of receiving the products. We will accept claims for returns, exchange or refund up to seven calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unchanged and unused condition.

Please Note:
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the merchandise back. We will assign 25% to 50% restocking fee for items returned past the deadlines. We have the rights to refuse refund for items returned to us after seven days or without Return Authorization Number.

Restocking Fee:
If you return an item with a restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund.

Items That You Should Not Send Back:

The following items are not returnable, cancelable or Changeable.
1- Built to order items
2- Items that are not in the original box
3- Items without Return Authorization Number
4- Any order with an invoice total or greater than $5,00.
5- Any order with Expedited shipping other than Ground shipping. 6- Items that are ordered after special quotes.
7- Items ordered in quantities of 6 or more.
8- Any item labeled non- returnable, clearance items
9- Inventory sale items,
10-Special discounts, any item that is not in resalable condition. Any order with Light bulbs and parts. Any order that has charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations. Items that are modified or used in any way, items shipped via freight. Items that have been assembled for your order.

Damaged Cartons Arrival:
You must refuse acceptance of the box from the shipping carrier, if your order arrives with visible carton damage or audible sound due to breakage. Then notify us within three (3) days so we can file claims in your behalf. If you accept a box with visible or audible damage, you are responsible to claim damages with the carrier.

Procedures on How to Ship Back a Package:
You must re-pack products for return in the original box and with original packaging material. Do not write on the box to maintain its like-new condition. Improper labeling may result in the denial of return. Use the return label provided or your own label and write the RGA# exactly as instructed by us.

Need to Insure your Package:
We recommend insuring the package against damage or loss. Returns that are damaged or lost will not be replaced or refunded by us. If your shipment that is intended back to us, was damaged, we will inform you. You must file the claim with your carrier. If no action is taken, we will discard your damaged item within 30 days.

Return Timing:
You will have 3 days in which to report your intentions to return due to damages, defect or change of mind. We will issue the Return Authorization number within two weeks. You have 7 days to return the product from the date that you receive our approval from the manufacturer or our company. Please be aware, the Return Authorization Number will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given if you fail to return your goods after 7 days from receipt of your authorization or if the merchandise was sent after the authorization cancellation date.

Refunds:
You will receive your refund Once the returned item has been received in a timely manner and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin.

Refund Methods:
Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased.

Do not send back anything without Return Authorization:
Items returned without the proper Return Authorization # are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.

Incorrect Pricing:
By placing an order, you agree that we are not being held liable for price discrepancies and. We will fix any discrepancy as it comes to our attention.

Small Package Deliveries:
Please contact our customer service center immediately if for UPS or FedEx deliveries that have concealed damage in transit. Please call :1-888-611-0032 to report damages. If damages are reported within 3 days to UPS or Fed-Ex, we can file a claim on your behalf for quick resolve of the matter. You will be denied refund if you fail to report damages to UPS or FedEx within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

Large Packages:
You must inspect all large packages before signing their delivery manifest. If you notice any small or large damage, it is important to note it on bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery.

Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible if you notice damage and not note it on your bill of lading. You may refuse delivery If the product itself appears significantly damaged. Please notify us of refusal as soon as possible.

Order Accuracy
Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered.

Cancellation Policy:
Please be aware depending on the time of order or size of order or the vendor, some items may be shipped from a manufacturer or from our warehouse within minutes of your order. Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A 25% restocking fee and shipping charges for both ways will be deducted for canceled items.

Do Not Refuse a None damage item:
Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.

Backorder Items:
You can cancel a backorder item after 45 days beyond the promised delivery date. cancel@lighitngzilla.com

Return And Exchanges:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned for exchanged within 7 days of ship date.

Charge Backs:
Charge backs will delay your refund up to 180 days. The refund credit process will begin once the returned item has been received in a timely manner and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin.
